How do you work with a virtual assistant?

When explaining what I do, I find that a lot of people have questions around how it all works!

I’ve listed 5 of the basic steps here explaining how you can start working with a virtual assistant!

Discovery call

During the initial discovery call, I aim to find out more about you, your business and what your pressure points might be, so that I can offer guidance on the next steps.

Proposal

Following the initial discovery call, I will email you with a proposal summarising the services that you require, and list the different packages that i think would be suitable for your needs.

Sign Me Up

Once you’ve decided on the package you require, I will send you the contract to be signed electronically, along with a data processing agreement, and my terms of business.

Onboarding Procedure

The next step is to arrange an onboarding meeting. In this meeting I will collate all the information needed to get the ball rolling including password sharing and assigning tasks. This call usually takes around an hour.

Now we have everything in order, I can get to work and help you! I will always make suggestions that I think are relevant and i’m happy to receive tasks as and when you think of them – by email, voice notes etc. I pride myself on being diligent, flexible, reliable and responsive. I also try to have a weekly call scheduled with clients in order to stay on track, along with a client review every 6 weeks.
